S Clifford Music Limited, trading as Flog the Dog, is responsible for the personal information used to manage your booking and wedding portal.

Information we use
We use the information provided when you book and while you use the portal. This may include your name, email address, phone number, wedding date and venue, booked services, prices and payments, wedding-planning answers, guest information, music choices, venue-coordinator details, messages, enquiries, notification-read status and account activity.
Please avoid entering sensitive or unnecessary information about you or another person in free-text boxes.
Why we use it
We use this information to set up and secure your account, administer and deliver your booking, plan the performance, answer messages, manage requested changes, send important service communications, maintain accurate records and protect the portal.
Most processing is necessary to take steps at your request or perform our contract with you. We also rely on legitimate interests for proportionate security, customer-service and record-keeping activities, and on legal obligations for relevant financial records. Where we ask whether content may be shared on social media, that choice is handled separately and can be changed by contacting us.
Who receives it
Authorised Flog the Dog personnel can access booking information where necessary. We use Google services, including Google Workspace and Firebase/Google Cloud, to provide the booking workflow, authentication, database, hosting and service emails. These providers process information under their data-protection terms and may use approved safeguards where information is processed outside the European Economic Area.
We do not sell your personal information or use wedding-portal information for unrelated advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep operational booking and portal information, including add-on enquiries and messages, for the wedding and for up to 24 months afterwards. We then delete or anonymise it unless it is needed for a complaint or legal claim. Records required for tax or accounting purposes may be retained for six years. We periodically review information and securely remove it when it is no longer needed.
Security
The portal uses individual accounts and access controls designed to limit each couple to their linked wedding. Administrative access is restricted, and important administrative changes are recorded. Please keep your password secure and contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access to your personal information, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to certain processing. You may also withdraw a consent choice without affecting earlier lawful use. We normally respond within one month after verifying the request.
